From registration to confirmation — fully automated

DonationPort manages the complete qurban cycle. No step falls outside the system.

Create the qurban period

The admin creates a new period: name, date range and the participating regions (e.g., Turkey, Syria, Egypt).

Set country quotas

For each region, the number of animals per country is set. Quotas determine the maximum number of groups per country.

Register or import donors

Donors are registered individually or bulk-imported via Excel or CSV. Each selects a qurban type (cattle, sheep) and a country preference.

Automatic group formation

The system automatically divides donors into groups of 7 (for cattle and camel). Group numbers are generated automatically — no manual work required.

Assign field volunteers

A responsible field volunteer is assigned to each group. Via the mobile app they see only the groups assigned to them.

On sacrifice day, the volunteer opens the DonationPort app on their smartphone. With one tap they update the status and upload a video link as proof.

DonationPort is a cloud platform for donation and qurban management, built for Islamic NGOs. It centralises donors, qurban periods, groups, volunteers and automatic email confirmations in one platform.

Field volunteers download the DonationPort app on their Android or iOS device. After logging in, they see only their assigned groups. With one tap they update the slaughter status and can upload a video link as proof. All changes are instantly visible to the admin.
Yes. DonationPort supports bulk import of donors via Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. The system detects duplicate entries. After import, donors are automatically allocated into groups based on the configured quotas.
A cattle or camel group consists of 7 donors (7 shareholders, in accordance with Islamic tradition). Sheep groups consist of 1 donor. The system automatically creates groups based on registered donors and country quotas.
DonationPort has three roles: Administrator (full access), Volunteer (records donations and manages donors) and Field Volunteer (mobile access exclusively to their assigned qurban groups).
Once the field volunteer marks a group as completed and uploads a video link, all donors in that group automatically receive a personalised confirmation email with slaughter details, country and the video link.
